Detox Red Pepper Soup 4 large red peppers2 Tbsp oil ( grapeseed or olive)1 onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced4 cups vegetable broth1 Tbsp Lemon Juice½ Tbsp PepperFresh basil/ cilantro/or parsley Cut the red peppers in half and remove all the seeds. Place side down on a baking sheet and broil until skins are blackened. Cool. Meanwhile sauté onions and garlic until transparent. Chop red pepper and add to the sauté onion and garlic mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetable broth, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice and blend in a blender so you get a smooth consistency. Season with pepper and garnish with parsley, cilantro or basil.
Detox Tasty Green Beans 1 pound fresh green beans1 tsp garlic powderPinch of pepper to taste7 TBSP Olive Oil2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice1 TBSP Oregano¼ cup baked almonds Clip Green Beans and cut in thirds. Steam until crunchy and then lightly fry in 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic powder. Blend the remainder olive oil, lemon juice and oregano to make a sauce. Once the beans are lightly fried, pour the dressing on top and gently mix. Garnish with baked almonds. Detox Orange Dressing ¼ cup red wine Vinegar or apple cider vinegar1/3 cup fresh orange juice2 tsp dry mustard2 tbsp orange zest½ cup olive oilPinch of pepper
Blend all ingredients together. Use as a dressing or as a sauce for stir fries
Laura's Detox Avocado Dip 2 avocados, peeled and cut into chunks 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice A large handful of cilantro, chopped roughly 3 cloves of garlic 1 small can mild green chilies (American kind like Old El Paso Brand in Tamimi) 1/2 teaspoon cumin (or more if you like it stronger) Tabasco sauce as per your taste water Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend and add a little water at a time to help it mix better. You may need to stir with a spoon to help the blender along (while it's stopped, of course!!) so everything can get mixed in. Blend until creamy. Add more water or lemon juice for a pourable dressing. Makes about 2 cups Pour over freshly cut tomatoes for a yummy treat.

Ripe Tomatoes as much as you want
onions as much as you like
garlic as much as you like
drizzle of olive oil
rosemary
black pepper
Vegetable stock if you like ( i made mine with water)
1 cinnamon stick
Slice tomatoes, onions and garlic, put all in a roasting pan, drizzle olive oil, add a bunch of rosemary (to taste), a little of black pepper, bake for an hour.
Add a cinnamon stick to the vegetable stock boil for 2 minutes, add then the tomatoes onion and garlic and boil for 20 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and blend the rest until smooth
